6. New Star Property Unit Trust.

The fund’s objective is to provide investors with the opportunity to benefit from stable returns available from the UK Commercial Property Market. The fund is diversified into a number of award winning property fund managers whose different property investment strategies compliment one another. All of the funds have a high proportion of their portfolios invested directly into physical commercial property, an asset class that has a high degree of non-correlation to the equity markets.
