Mortgage Fees

Fee options : One of the following will apply :

• A fee of 1% of the mortgage advance chargeable upon the issue of a satisfactory mortgage offer. Subject to a minimum of £600.00. All procuration fees received from the lender will be credited to you.

• A combination of commission and fee. In some circumstances, we also charge a fee on top of any commission we might receive - we will not charge a fee provided we receive a minimum payment of £600 from the lender. For example , if we receive £500 from the lender, then we will charge you a fee of £100

• No fee. We will be paid commission from the lender.
